Beating The Heat With Marigold Peel Fresh!


When it comes to re-hydrating myself, there's nothing more satisfying than a fruit juice! Refreshing, thirst-quenching and nutritious, it serves as a great perk-me-up, especially when working under the sweltering Singapore heat and humidity. 

Of course, being often out and about, a cup of freshly-squeezed fruit juice isn't always readily available. Even at home, I'm sure preparing a juice with your own fruits and extractor is a luxury we seldom can afford, given such a busy lifestyle many of us have.

烤魚水果蛋糕你吃過嗎?!

 


最近火熱話題應該就是創意蛋糕了,還記得去年母親節我向大家介紹的雞飯蛋糕嗎?當時好多朋友都買了雞飯蛋糕回家慶祝母親節/父親節。沒想到近期這股風潮回來了!!前幾天各報章紛紛報導,引起了不少關注。去年我想了雞飯蛋糕,今年來個【烤魚水果蛋糕】吧!

烤魚,相信大家都能想像的就是紅紅辣辣的,在各家中國餐館或食閣都吃得到。但【烤魚水果蛋糕】就很難想像吧?我自己也是,哈哈哈!

第一感覺就是有點不搭啊~但成品出來我驚呆了!!


說到“魚”,如果關注我的朋友,其實早在前年我就開始推薦一家好吃的魚餐館了!它就是——齊來豐 Qi Lai Feng。還沒看過的朋友,可以點擊這裡看看文章。
齊來豐是以魚聞名,先前是在 ChinaTown Point 營業的,現在已經搬遷至芽籠Geylang 一帶了。這次重新開業真的是為大家帶來不少驚喜啊,愛吃他們家菜餚的老顧客們可要記得回來多支持支持啦!

言歸正傳,這次的【烤魚水果蛋糕】很是創新,沒想到意外的挺搭的啊!烤魚先經過高溫油炸,香香脆脆的,把骨頭都給去掉了,方便食用。再來以水果加以點綴,非常鮮豔奪目!底下還添加了“黃金炒飯”,這飯真的很香,好吃啦!有點像馬來人的黃梨炒飯哦~烤魚當然少不了辣,所以旁邊的辣醬可以沾來吃或淋上去都行。

這蛋糕,不只看上去漂亮,還吃得挺飽的啊,哈哈!真的創意無限~給它買下去讓家人或朋友驚喜一番。


我們現在來說說他們的照片魚鍋們吧!齊來豐也是新加坡首家以“脆魚(脆肉鯇)”聞名,什麼是脆魚?就是來自中國廣東省的一道魚菜,口感超嫩Q的,跟我們一般吃的魚肉口感完全不相同,吃了你絕對會感到驚喜!

左起圖一是【椒香魚鍋】,當然魚肉部分選了脆魚,口感極佳,椒香味十足,辣辣的很入味,端上桌加熱更好吃!脆魚常常賣到斷貨啊,可想而知脆魚是真的不容易吃得到。

中間就是【精品酸菜魚鍋】,酸酸的帶點微辣,很開胃,魚肉可以選石斑魚或其他魚,湯汁真的太好喝了,愛吃酸的朋友記得點啊!

最後就是大家熟悉的【烤魚】啦,不用多說大家都知道這道,如果大家去吃的話,愛吃辣的朋友可以點大辣,超爽的!
